WyzAnt is like a classifieds listing just for tutors. A student can type in the subject they need help with and their location, and WyzAnt returns a list of tutors in the area that the visitor can choose from. Each listing gives a picture, name, hourly rate, and a little bit of information about the tutor. When you click on a tutor you are interested in, WyzAnt provides a biographical page for the tutor. The biographical info includes education (normally undergraduate and/or graduate degrees), the location, how far the tutor will travel, and an hourly fee. There is a spot for the tutor to write their own introduction, and they can add information about specific areas they specialize in. The tutor can provide the hours they are available to work, and if they have a cancellation policy.
